By accessing or using the HYRA website, making a purchase, creating an account, joining a community program, or participating in a HYRA campaign and activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you use HYRA services on behalf of someone else or an organization, you represent that you have the authority to do so and bind that party to these Terms & Conditions.

You must meet the age and other applicable requirements to use certain services provided by HYRA. Some programs, campaigns, giveaways, community activities, or ambassador programs may have additional requirements. These requirements will be informed on the respective program pages or terms. HYRA reserves the right to reject or limit participation in a program if the established requirements are not met or if necessary to maintain the security, integrity, and smooth operation of the program.

We strive to display product information, including descriptions, colors, sizes, materials, and photos, as accurately as possible. However, color displays may vary depending on the device, screen, lighting, or photography conditions. Product availability may change at any time. Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase a product. An order is considered accepted once HYRA or the associated payment provider confirms the order and payment, in accordance with the applicable transaction mechanism. We may cancel or not process orders under certain circumstances, including when there are obvious errors in pricing or product information, stock is unavailable, transactions are indicated as fraud or abuse, or for other reasons permitted by law. If an order has been paid for and subsequently cannot be fulfilled by HYRA, a refund will be issued according to the applicable payment method and terms.

Product prices are displayed in Rupiah (IDR), unless stated otherwise. Prices, promotions, bundles, vouchers, and other offers may change from time to time. Such changes do not apply retroactively to confirmed transactions, unless permitted or required by law. We may use third-party payment providers to process transactions. Payments may also be subject to the terms and conditions of those payment providers. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is correct and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary based on location, shipping method, product availability, operational days, and conditions beyond HYRA's control. Delays caused by logistics companies, weather conditions, operational disruptions, disasters, government policies, or other circumstances beyond HYRA's reasonable control cannot always be controlled by us. You are responsible for ensuring the address, phone number, and recipient information provided are correct. Delivery-related risks will be handled in accordance with applicable legal provisions as well as the policies of the logistics provider and the platform where the transaction occurred.

We want every order to arrive in the condition as ordered. Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must meet the terms applicable at the time of the transaction. For purchases made through marketplaces such as Shopee, the process for returns, refunds, disputes, and transaction resolutions may be subject to the marketplace's policies and mechanisms. For direct transactions through the HYRA website, the applicable return and refund terms will be informed on the relevant policy page or at the time of purchase. HYRA does not diminish consumer rights granted by applicable laws and regulations.

HYRA Community, giveaways, events, campaigns, and other programs may have additional terms that apply specifically to those programs. By participating in a program, you agree to follow the program terms communicated at the time of registration or participation. HYRA may modify, suspend, or terminate a program if necessary due to operational reasons, security, fraud, circumstances beyond HYRA's control, or other reasons permitted by law. For giveaways or campaigns with specific mechanisms, those specific terms are part of the Terms & Conditions applicable to the program. HYRA reserves the right to disqualify participants who commit fraud, manipulation, use of fake accounts, system abuse, or other actions that could disrupt the program's integrity.

The HYRA Ambassador program is an affiliate and referral program that allows selected participants to share HYRA products or stories through their own channels and earn rewards based on referrals or sales that meet the program's requirements. Registration does not guarantee acceptance as a HYRA Ambassador. HYRA may review each application and determine acceptance based on applicable program criteria. Every ambassador must use the referral code, links, materials, and HYRA information in accordance with the provided guidelines. Ambassadors are not allowed to make claims about products, prices, promotions, or HYRA that are untrue, misleading, or not provided by HYRA. Rewards, commissions, referrals, payment periods, eligible products, and other terms follow the affiliate or referral program terms applicable at the time. HYRA may suspend or terminate an ambassador's participation if there are violations of the program terms, referral manipulation, fraud, misleading claims, or abuse of HYRA materials or name. A HYRA Ambassador is an independent program participant and not an employee, agent, or official representative of HYRA unless explicitly stated in writing by HYRA.

All names, logos, designs, visuals, photos, videos, writings, graphics, products, and other materials found on the HYRA website or platform are the property of HYRA or are used by HYRA under the appropriate rights or licenses. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use HYRA materials for commercial purposes without written permission from HYRA. The use of HYRA's name, logo, photos, videos, or materials by ambassadors, affiliates, creators, or other parties must follow the guidelines provided by HYRA.

If you submit or share photos, videos, reviews, comments, stories, or other materials to HYRA or through HYRA channels, you retain the rights to those materials. However, by sharing them with HYRA, you grant HYRA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license for as long as necessary to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and share those materials for the purpose of operating, marketing, and developing HYRA, including through the website, social media, campaigns, editorials, and marketing materials. HYRA will not claim ownership of the materials simply because you shared them with us. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions to share those materials and that their use by HYRA does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

The HYRA website or services may use or connect with third-party services, including payment providers, marketplaces, logistics providers, analytics providers, social media platforms, and other technology services. The use of these services may be subject to the terms and conditions of each respective party. HYRA does not control all systems, policies, or actions of these third parties.

HYRA will perform its obligations in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws. To the extent permitted by law, HYRA is not liable for losses arising solely from the use of third-party services, network disruptions, device or system disruptions belonging to users, or other circumstances beyond HYRA's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit consumer rights or HYRA's liability that cannot be waived under applicable laws. If HYRA is proven liable for a loss that can legally be limited, HYRA's liability will be limited to the extent permitted by law and in accordance with the circumstances that caused the loss.

HYRA shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations if the performance of such obligations is hindered or delayed due to circumstances beyond HYRA's reasonable control. These circumstances may include natural disasters, fires, network or system disruptions, logistics disruptions, pandemics, war, riots, government policies, or other extraordinary circumstances. HYRA will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of such circumstances and resume services once conditions permit.

HYRA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, programs, business practices, technologies, or applicable regulations. Changes will take effect from the date indicated on the latest version, unless stated otherwise. For changes that materially affect user rights or obligations and require notification by law, HYRA will provide notice through appropriate means. By continuing to use HYRA services after the changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms & Conditions, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve it amicably through direct communication. If the dispute cannot be resolved through deliberation, further resolution will be conducted through the available mechanisms and forums under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

If any provision in these Terms & Conditions is declared invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the extent necessary to remain valid and have the intent and effect closest to its original purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
